WeeTok Requirements

The WeeTok App Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using the WeeTok platform, including user responsibilities, content guidelines, privacy policies, youth protections, and safety standards. Users must be at least 13 years old, respect intellectual property rights, avoid illegal activities, and maintain accurate account information. The platform enforces strict content restrictions related to youth safety, harassment, violence, hate speech, and adult material. Special privacy and safety measures apply to younger users. Violations of these guidelines may result in account suspension, termination, or reporting to authorities. Any user or entity found in violation of the WeeTok Terms of Service, Content Policies, or Safety Guidelines will be subject to account penalties and may face legal action. Each violation may also result in a fine of NRS 1,00,000 per offense in accordance with applicable laws.

9. No Warranties:

WeeTok is provided "as is." We don’t guarantee it will meet your needs or be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability:

We’re not liable for any indirect damages or losses. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

WeeTok Restricted Content Summary

Youth Safety:

WeeTok Safety and Civility Guidelines

General Principles:

 WeeTok promotes a safe and respectful community. Civility means respecting others' dignity even when disagreeing.

Violence and Crime:

 No violent threats, promotion of violence, or criminal activities are allowed. We report credible threats to law enforcement.

Hate Speech and Hateful Behavior

 Hate speech and promotion of hateful ideologies are not allowed. This includes content attacking people based on protected attributes like race, gender, or religion.

 Some content discussing social issues may be ineligible for recommendation if it indirectly demeans protected groups.

Violent and Hateful Organizations

 WeeTok does not allow accounts associated with violent or hateful organizations. Supporting these groups in any way is also prohibited.

Youth Protection:

 Content involving youth sexual or physical abuse is strictly prohibited. Incidents are reported to authorities.

Adult Sexual and Physical Abuse:

 Content promoting or showing non-consensual sexual acts, sexual harassment, or physical abuse is not allowed. Support resources are available for those affected.

Human Trafficking and Smuggling

 WeeTok does not allow any content that facilitates human trafficking or smuggling. Educational content about these issues is allowed.

Harassment and Bullying

 Harassing or bullying behavior is not allowed, including doxxing or inciting others to harass someone.

 Criticism of public figures is allowed, but serious harassment or threats are not.

WeeTok Teen Privacy and Safety Settings

Private Account

 Ages 13-15: Accounts are set to private by default. Only approved followers can see your content, and others can't duet, stitch, or download your videos.

 Ages 16-17: You can choose between a private or public account. Private accounts work the same as above. Public accounts allow anyone to see and share your content, depending on your privacy settings. Account Suggestions:  Ages 13-17: Your account is not suggested to others by default. You can change this in your settings.

Video Downloads

 Ages 13-15: Video downloads are turned off and cannot be changed.

 Ages 16-17: Downloads are off by default. You can turn them on if you have a public account.

Direct Messages

 Ages 13-15: Direct messaging is not available.

 Ages 16-17: Direct messaging is set to "No one" by default. You can change this to allow messages from friends or suggested friends.

Duets and Stitches:

 Ages 13-15: Others can't duet or stitch with your videos. This setting cannot be changed.

 Ages 16-17: If your account is private, others can't duet or stitch with your videos. If your account is public, friends can duet or stitch, and you can change this to allow everyone or no one.

Comments

 Ages 13-15: Only friends can comment on your videos. You can change this to "No one" in your settings.

 Ages 16-17: For private accounts, followers can comment. For public accounts, everyone can comment. You can adjust these settings.

Stickers:

 Ages 13-15: Others can't create stickers from your videos.

 Ages 16-17: For private accounts, others can't create stickers. For public accounts, friends can create stickers, and you can adjust this in your settings.
